Based on the forecasts of the hydrometeorologist agrometeorologists, the coming summer will become unusually hot and sunny for most regions of the Russian Federation.
So, at the moment it is predicted that throughout all three summer months, farmers of the Southern Federal District, as well as farmers from the northern territories of the Volga Region, will hope for long-awaited rainfall. Farmers in northern Yakutia will also experience a deficit of precipitation.
July will be arid for farmers in most of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, as well as in the western lands of Yakutia and the Chukchi expanses. And this is while the Volga farmers and agricultural representatives of the South Urals will cultivate their land in conditions of heavy rainfall. In August, rain will reach the eastern territories of the Northwestern Federal District. The Urals, as well as farmers of the southwestern lands of the Siberian Federal District, will not do without life-giving moisture. Rainy August 2018 will seem to agrarians of the Central and Southern districts an insignificant drop in the sea, when compared with forecasts for August of the current year: the end of summer is supposedly marked by unusually heavy rainfall for peasants in the Federal District.
But in Yakutia, especially in its central regions and on the southern fields, the minimum rainfall is forecasted for the entire summer period of 2019.
