- Pour water into the pan at 2/3 of the height of the cans, put on fire.
- Sterilize over low heat for 10-15 minutes. from the moment the water starts to boil in the pan.
- Remove the cans and tighten the lids, then fold them upside down, wrap them with a blanket or blanket.
- After the workpiece cools down, transfer the cans to the pantry (or other cool dark place).
