During 2019, representatives of the agricultural production of the Kurgan region will receive financial assistance from the state in the amount of over one hundred seventy million rubles.
It is noteworthy that this amount is more than forty percent higher than the volume of government investment in farming in the Kurgan region in 2018.
This information was shared by the press center of the Department of Agriculture and Food of the region. In addition, representatives of the department noted that today at least six hundred and fifty farm facilities are operating in the region.
Over the past seven years, farmers, pastoralists, beekeepers, fish farmers and other agricultural producers in the region have received grants from the government of the Russian Federation. It is known that since 2012, at least two hundred and five objects that divided more than five hundred eighty-five million rubles among themselves have become grantees.
Having become grant holders, farmers purchased about four and a half thousand individuals of cattle. Also, units of special equipment for agriculture (in the amount of over four hundred pieces) were purchased, as well as attachments and equipment used in the processing of agricultural products.
It is also important to add that since 2012, more than five hundred jobs have been created. As for beginning farmers, this year they will receive fifty-eight million rubles from the federal treasury.
And those residents of the Kurgan region who intend to develop family livestock farms will share sixty million rubles among themselves.
