Nepal's government controls the spread of coronavirus (ACOVID-19)
Taking into account WHO global recommendations and measures, the Government of Nepal decided to temporarily suspend the issuance of visas for citizens of the following countriesStarting from March 10, 2020 until the date of additional notice:
- People's Republic of China, including special administrative regions;
- Islamic Republic of Iran;
- Italy;
- The Republic of Korea.
However, those who wish to visit Nepal can obtain a visa well in advance at visa offices abroad. Applicants in these countries must provide a recent health certificate, along with a visa application.
