According to the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, in the very near future, Russian owners of land intended for agricultural work will be able to build residential buildings on their fields.
Corresponding amendments to the Land Code, as well as to the Town Planning Code, will be considered by members of the State Duma Committee on Natural Resources, together with amendments to the Federal Law on Peasant Economy.
The initiators of the bill were state deputies - Ayrat Khayrullin and Gennady Kulik. The initiative was officially registered in April of this year, however, it will be considered only now.Based on the proposals of Kulik and Khairullin, the construction of a residential building on agricultural plots should be approved at the state level.
However, it should be borne in mind that the amendments to the codes and the law provide for the construction of only one house with a height of no more than three floors, whose living area does not exceed six hundred square meters.
When the house is built on an agricultural plot, it will immediately be included in the farmer's property list.
