- Finely chop the crab products or grate on a coarse grater.
- On a large flat plate, put a circular detachable shape with a diameter of 18–20 cm, which is used for baking. In this case, it will be needed for a beautiful salad design.
- Pour chopped sticks into the ring. Smooth to get a neat layer.
- Grease each subsequent layer with two tablespoons of mayonnaise.
- Grate boiled eggs on a coarse grater and lay out with the next layer.
- The third layer is fried mushrooms with onions.
- Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater and also lay out in a layer.
- Apply the final layer of mayonnaise on top, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- Grate the cream cheese on a coarse grater. To facilitate the work, cheese can be pre-frozen.
- Garnish well-soaked puff salad with dill and cheese straws.
Important! To reduce the calorie content of the salad, you can replace the fried mushrooms with boiled ones.

- Chopsticks and eggs into medium squares. If desired, crab products can be replaced with shrimp.
- Cut pickled mushrooms into four parts.
- Finely chop the greens.
- Put a layer of chopped boiled eggs in a transparent salad bowl, then mushrooms, grated cheese and crab sticks. The final layer should be corn.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with chopped herbs on top.
- In the middle, lay out a mayonnaise and decorate with parsley sprigs. Allow to soak.
