It became known that the full-fledged process of creating cheese at the production facilities of the “Cheese Cluster”, located in the Dmitrov District of Moscow Region, starts exactly one year later.
In the near future, the cluster will be completed work on equipping the engineering infrastructure, and at the moment, the territory of the object is a colossal construction site.
Such information was shared with the public by Andrei Razin, head of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region.
The minister also noted that over the next month, workers will complete the installation of a water supply system, gas supply, energy supply, sewage equipment, stormwater.
Also in June of this year, the project curators predict the completion of the road network organization within the cluster and in the adjacent area.
After that, the process of laying the first cheese manufacturing enterprises will begin. And the introduction of the cluster into operation in full production configuration is scheduled for the summer of 2020.
It is known that the production of cheese in this cluster will start from a mark of at least twelve and a half thousand tons annually.
