Experts are confident that the 16-point program to increase the income of farmers will revive agriculture, but farms with a zero budget can significantly reduce the consumption of agricultural resources, and, as a result, will have negative consequences for fertilizer companies.
The results of a new study published in the Journal of Medical Entomology show that chemical fertilizers entering water bodies lead to increased growth of bacteria that feed mosquito larvae. Thus, water contamination with these chemicals ultimately leads to an abnormally high mosquito population.

It also plans to double farm income. ” For this, a scheme was created consisting of 16 points to double the income of agricultural producers by 2022.
One of these steps was providing farmers with funds to install solar pumps.
