Members of the deputy corps at the legislative assembly of the Kamchatka Territory have signed a law relating to representatives of local agriculture and, directly, their rights.
Based on the provisions of the new regional legislative document, if the rights of peasants are violated by not providing farmers with places for trade, violators will face a fine.
We are talking about the owners of markets and representatives of local authorities and self-government, who, for personal reasons, without relying on the letter of the law, can refuse to farmers, as well as pastoralists, fish farmers, winemakers and other farmers, to provide a place for the sale of agricultural products. The outcome of such unlawful actions may result in significant financial losses for the violator - penalties in the amount of six thousand rubles.
According to the deputies who passed the law, in the future the amount of the fine will change in the direction of increase. Such a law will give farmers a chance to maintain their right to affordable trading places. It will not be superfluous to note that today in the Kamchatka Territory the process of implementing the investment program for the organization of agricultural trade of an updated type is underway. The farmers market in the region is expected to become a colossal trading platform for both Russian and foreign buyers.
