Only a week has remained before the unique event, which will unite in one space both agricultural producers of the Kostroma region and sophisticated consumers of the region.

This is a large-scale fair, which will be located on the basis of the Berendeevka park (Kostroma) from September 28 to 29, 2019.

Within the framework of the fair, local products such as: teas, honey, herbal gatherings, berries (both fresh and dry), preserves, confectionery products of farm origin will be sold. Baking, fish and meat products, as well as dairy products.

Leading chefs of the Kostroma region will share with the public their most outstanding skills and best secrets, as well as tell you how to properly prepare legendary dishes of Russian cuisine.

In the stylized pavilions, the traditional lifestyle of rural residents of the region and the country will unfold, where guests of the event will be able to discover the unique aspects of everyday life and everyday life of peasants (both great and modern), taste dishes from half-forgotten cookbooks of Russian hosts and take part in amazing master-classes classes and workshops.

Within the framework of the contest "Fish settlement", a tasting of smoked and dried fish will be organized. And in milk stalls will be presented in the assortment of cheeses, cottage cheese, butter, sour cream and other products of environmentally friendly origin.
