At the same time, one should not worry about those Russian buyers who have bought Akhtuba beef for their daily diet. Butchers do not intend to increase the cost of meat in the domestic market, so the price of beef at Astrakhan trading floors will remain familiar and will not exceed 300 rubles per kilogram.
As for lamb, its Astrakhan people buy today at an average price of 280 rubles per kilo.
Farmers explain that the price of various types of meat varies as a result of a rise in price or cheaper feed for animals (up to 50% of investments).
