According to the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, talented culinary specialists of the culinary workshop choose cottage cheese from whole milk made by the forces of Sakhalin dairymen as the ingredients in Easter cakes.The recipe for Easter muffins has been used in Zarechny for many years and, as the confectioners assure, is fully consistent with the authentic recipe of Sakhalin hostesses who cook cakes according to the recipes of their grandmothers and great-grandmothers. It is noteworthy that the recipe for the unique Easter cakes of the Zarechnoye workshop is kept in the strictest confidence.
Specialists in the preparation of Easter treats traditionally accept applications for cheese cakes today, a week before the feast of the Holy Sunday of Christ.
