The Kamchatka Mill company has launched a new production line. Today, the next stage of modernization has been completed at the production site, and now the company is ready not only to meet the needs of farmers in the Kamchatka Territory with feed, but also to sell its products in neighboring regions.

This was reported by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Processing Industry of the Territory Alexander Kucherenko.

According to him, in 2016, when modernization at the enterprise was not yet carried out, the productivity reached only a little more than 15 thousand tons of feed. Two years have passed, and today the employees of the enterprise are ready to produce an average of 25 thousand tons of products.

“The capacity of the line is designed for 120 thousand tons per year,” the employees of the Kamchatka Mill add. “Earlier, 80% of agricultural producers of the region acquired our products.”

In 2019, manufacturers plan to improve the quality of their products and intend to keep the cost of feed at the same level. In particular, in Magadan.

It should be noted that the Kamchatka Mill has been a resident of the Kamchatka society for more than two years. “The rest of the funds are subsidies from the budget (about 35 million rubles), as well as funds from the enterprise’s fund (about 110 million rubles).
