Making Chocolate Sauce:
- Melt 200 g of dark chocolate in a water bath
- Put on a fire in a saucepan 50 g of butter, melt and add 150 ml of fat cream.
- When the mass begins to boil, the fire must be reduced.
- Add melted chocolate and stir until mixture is smooth.
Caramel Glaze:
- Pour 200 g of sugar into a saucepan with a thick bottom and walls, put on a slow fire.
- The mass must be stirred so that all layers melt evenly and do not burn.
- As soon as all the grains have melted, and the mixture has acquired a golden rich tone, remove from heat.
- Gradually pour a small stream of 100 ml of milk. Remember, the mass will hiss and splatter.
- After milk, add 50 g of butter, mix.
- Allow to cool. Caramel is ready.
Popped wheat can be included in the diet as an energy breakfast or dessert. Remember only that you should use it, especially with sweeteners, in moderation and not often.
