- Place raspberries in a colander in a weak saline solution for 15–20 minutes. This procedure allows you to quickly and efficiently remove all pests from the berries.
- Strain off the water and rinse under running water. Leave to drain.

- Smooth the sugar layer and leave the berry to let juice in (about a day).
- Put the finished mixture on a small fire.
- Bring to a boil and simmer, boil. Cooking should not take more than 5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and remove the scum.
- Cover the container with a towel so that excess moisture is absorbed into the cloth. In this form, leave to cool completely.
- Sterilize the jars for 15 minutes and the lids for 5 minutes.
